Training Methodology
While we customize our school experience for each student, we do live and breath by our proven systems. This is a brief overview of how we teach, and how you will learn. LIVE ROLE PLAY Live role play sessions that are 30 minutes in length. Post test students schedule to make their presentation on various scenarios via conference call so their presentation is held in front of the class. Classes are recorded and posted in the training section so that all students can go back and review. A mentor plays the role of prospect and the role of the broker, as you will as well. Role play is a key ingredient to our training sessions. We make sure that when you work with your prospects you have the experience needed to maximize sales. We want you to be able to quickly educate and prescribe to your prospects and clients. You will do this with the greatest of ease. LIVE INTERACTIVE LECTURES These are live session as needed, via conference call, recorded and posted in the Student Section. All students have the option to ask questions live or through e-mail during class. We drill down on all subjects. Our students really enjoy the sessions as they can't seem to get enough. They are educational as the material is specific. They are also motivational and inspirational. SINCE FAILURE IS NOT AN OPTION, no stone is left unturned, in making sure each student gets it. We do this by having you train your mentor back, asking you and the group questions throughout the session, as well as a lot of role playing. AUDIO & VIDEO TRAINING SECTION Audio and Visual Student Section. You have access to recorded training sessions that you can listen to at any time (new updated content is added regularly).
